The Biennial Affiliates Assembly convenes in a designated location with the purpose of joint planning and the interchange of ideas between the member national organizations. The heads of the NCNW affiliate organizations and their officer, NCNW board members, and special invited guests may attend the Biennial Affiliates Assembly.
